I have a no-UV Levi I can sell to you for 375k CR.
It is currently a bound Ascended Calibur Level 10, which I can upgrade to Levi for you then unbind to trade. But it would save you some CR if I just unbind the 4* sword then you can heat then craft it into a Levi yourself. Let me know if that would work better for you.
