Don't know if this has been suggested, but it would be wise to have an option where you could vote kick other people in your party. This idea comes to mind mainly for when party leaders go AFK or they disconnect and you can't do anything because the party leader is holding you back and you can't kick him out. Or it can also work for when there is someone annoying in the party and you want to remove him. So the vote kick option is simply to remove unwanted people from the party. If there is a party of 4 and 3 of those people agree to kick the person out, then the person is out. If there is a party of 3 and 2 say yes, then it happens, etc. etc. I know this system sounds a bit unfair for the person getting kicked, but this system could be helpful for the two situations I mentioned in the second sentence. So yeah, that's about it.

Well yeah true, if they are D/C, you can move on without them, but might as well remove them if they have been D/C for a long time. This vote kick system, however, mainly targets the people who go AFK a lot. Sometimes they do it without even telling you. But yeah, IMO this system would help in removing unwanted players if the party leader cannot.
Party buttons auto-bring in D/C'd members. I believe elevators do as well.
As for if they're AFK, can't help that, maybe they gotta do somethin'.
