'ouple changes.
Same thing as Velcro, except instead of a shock UV on the skolver I'd take fire.
And instead of BTB, I'd take a Acheron ASI VH, CTR VH, DMG Slime VH.

Snarbolax Set, Both with Max resist on Elemental and Piercing and Normal.
Two Elite Sword Speed trinkets, w.e they're called.
Fang of Vog? (BTB Probably) ASI High CTR High
Same with an Acheron
Electron Vortex CTR High High Damage on Constructs and Undead High
Polaris See above.
Volcanic Plate Shield Max resist on shock and elemental and piercing.

Armor: Vog cub set, Dread Skelly Set, and Skolver set.

Why that's easy:
Skolver Coat and Cap with Shadow, Elemental Max, Shock Max
BTS with Elemental, Shadow, and Fire Max
2 5* Pure Love Lockets
BTB with ASI and CTR vhigh
Callahan with ASI and CTR vhigh
Voltedge with ASI and CTR vhigh
Electron Vortex with CTR vhigh
(If I was thinking specifically for Lockdown then the Vortex would be a stun mist Bomb or Sentenza with CTR vhigh or ASI and CTR vhigh respectively but Vortex is my baby, *cries*)
Based on my estimates this set would cost roughly... Oh I don't know, over 200k CE probably. But probably less than 400k CE.
