I have been extremely hostile to beggars, swindlers and generally bad players by using profanity, undercutting their business and kick them from the party.
Also, does the complain button really work?
What constitutes offensive behaviour?

The best way to deal with a beggar is to tell that that NOBODY will give them free stuff and that they should stop asking and work for their money like everybody else. Also encourage them to buy ce with real money to drive ce prices down.

Anyway, @ the OP.
Don't be hostile to beggars. Just ignore them. No reaction is better than an angry one.
As for swindlers, you SHOULD be hostile to them. Other people should realize who they are. But don't just assume the newbie who wants 5,000 CR for his 2* sword is a swindler. He might just be really clueless.
And bad players - There's nothing you can really do except tell them what they're doing wrong. Try to help them. Kicking them might solve the problem immediately, but they'll be in another party and making them angry. If they WANT to improve, they'll take your advice well and try to. If they're just complete idiots and won't listen, swing your foot at them.
And yes, the complain button works.
yes, it does.but you should try to be less offensive. u cant report a guy cuz he doesnt play well.SRSLY.
as for beggars, swindlers etc.... yeah, no one likes them, so if theyre bugging you i think complaining is ok.
or you could try trolling them, like putting 10kcr into the trading slot and pretend going afk and not pressingthe accpet rade button, for exmaple.
there are many ways to troll beggars. we need an encyclopedia/guide about it.
