Or would a mix of one piece max poison and one piece max normal be best?
Which is better for Shadow Lair Tier 1, Snarbolax Armor Max Normal Set or Max Poison Set?
yeah i think it would be wise to take some piercing defence with you (dunno if there are alpha wolvers in shadow lairs, if so it would be wise if your one of those people who have trouble dodging wolver attacks) and then again armor is your last line of defence i'd would worry more about the shield your taking with you (i recomend skelky for the shadow/normal and poison)
I take double snarby + barb thorn shield
Wolvers are easy enough to shield compared to howlizers/kats
i would take skolver set + barb thorn shield + asi trinkets. imo little shadow balls are too easy to dodge. hardly anything like a bullet hell for experienced bullet hell players.
if you have enough crowd control for wolves, go for double shadow or half/half since you're more likely to get hit by a shadow ball that you didn't notice rather than a charging alpha wolf.
if the two snarby armors are your only options, then max normal hands down. snarby set offers enough poison defenses
No need to waste money on uvs on snarby lol
Go with 2x snarby + barb thorn shield + 2/4 shivermists
No point doing it without shivers really...
It has both shadow and pierce defense. Say I use that, and then which cap - snarbolax or skolver?
(I really appreciate the feedback of such experienced players.)
When Knightmare does snarby SL runs, we literally only have one or two deaths all run, never a CE revive.
How we do it:
Shivermist spawns and keep this kill order:
Howlizers
Healers
Kats
Wolvers
Lumbers
Zombies
Most of us wear full snarby + barb thorn shield and bring DA + FF + Argent + Shivermist + 2x asi trinkets
Being able to kill everything quickly will make you die a lot less than if you stack defense at the cost of offence
Don't worry about UVs, it's not even that important.
If you have to get a uv though, i'd first get weapon uvs, such as asi on your DA and ctr on your shiver
that, assuming the snarbolax does normal and/or shadow damage, otherwise you need one piercing instead of normal
