That's unlikely to be a SpiralSpy problem. Something went wrong with the file you tried to copy, whether it was incomplete or whatever. Try downloading a new one.

I have this problem with any file when I copy from my USB drive and the drive suddenly loses power. Since the "source" got disconnected, that's why it can't read it.
