Dread Skelly really isn't' that good BTW - it's amazing negative fire resistance means that the one place it might be useful (due to it's Shadow defense) will set you on fire consistently.
I'd personally advocate a Deadshot Set if you really need Shadow defense.
What do you want Dread Skelly for? Might help explain why you are so desperate for it. Someone (like myself) can craft a Dread Skelly Suit for you, but it would be much more costly than just crafting it yourself. Just the unbind on a 5* item costs more than double the amount to make it.
