Can you please make available the option to gift the CE packs through steam? Namely the elevator pass :)

No they are not. I want someone to buy the pack for me & trade it through the steam trade. Let me elaborate. A steam trader who does NOT own the game nor has any interest in downloading the game, can go ahead & buy the packs & gift it to me.

I think the elevator pass is their concept of subscription. I don't expect them to be tradeable at all.
Elevator pass is NOT trade able, yet. CE packs, you can do, just trade the amount of CE in the pack you want to give/get.
