Shadow\Lighting flickering bug? (fixed)

Are two examples of some graphical glitches ive been seeing around the game. Namely in the arcade and most of the dungeons. Parts of my character will black out and flicker and tiles on the ground will behave the same way. Something is wrong with the lighting I guess on my system.

I use a Radeon 5850 with up to date drivers, can anyone give me some idea why my gave is acting like this?

Try Using Catalyst 11.2. I

Try Using Catalyst 11.2. I only started seeing this problem on a Radeon 4870 after I upgraded to Catalyst 11.3. Reverting solved any lighting problems.
