I've handed out a few brandishes, and some wolver coat/ Jelly mail/ Spiral plate mail sets, but nothing much recently.
It's hard to tell who is proto and who's just dressing as proto, so I end up sorting through people trying to find someone to give a gift to.

I gave a beggar a Calibur
I gave a beggar a Calibur when they only asked for 1k crowns to get it. They were proto, and I couldn't see why a 5* person would dress as a nub to get a Calibur. This was when I was tier 2 (Just started), So it wasn't really easy to give that much away.

Any day I can't play, I craft
Any day I can't play, I craft Caliburs, wolver coats, etc and give them out to people.
If someone is begging, i'll give them some materials or up to 500 crowns. If I see someone
who's not begging but is in proto gear then i'll give them some gear that I have.
Thats a nice thing to do but you should always give things like me i gave out 1845 ce to random people ive done a lot more
