I'm having a problem with a somewhat loud noise that's happening to me a lot in lockdown. I'm running a low-end laptop with windows vista, if it helps.

I can't really provide a video, but I've heard it basically everywhere, as in the respawn bleeps, people's voices, yeah, pretty much everywhere.
EDIT: seems to be associated with the music.

If you are sure it's the game music
A small, small, small, chance that a sound file got corrupted so it gets noisy when reproduced or bad audio drivers are the only ideas i have.

try turning off the UI and
try turning off the UI and effects volume and see if it still happens
Loud noise could be anyhing, like the normal sounds when someone captures a point, the monster screams when someone dies, etc
Or a real problem, like a warning from your PC, an Error, etc
Could you provide a video?
