Also, I have heard ppl say that this is not legal under the terms of service but i havent seen anything on the terms that actually suggests that this is illegal and i havent really seen a mod post about it. Please link me the thread if a mod has spoken about this.

this is what I found. it can be taken to mean no "transmitting" (sale) of "promotional material" (parrying blades). seems a stretch, but its the only thing I saw in the tos.
