It really depends what
It really depends what unusual.
If it's like a fetti batter's helm it's probably only 15k CE,
But if it's a green energy Samur-eye is probably more like 130k CE.

Dr. Dapper's with Fetti's go for about 22k CE, Ones with energy go for about 70k CE.
I'm not too good with the new effects, but I think a burning exquisite with Orb Fire would probably be 4-6 buds, So anywhere from 56k CE - About 84k CE.
A ref is 300-500 CE (commonly 400). Keys are 2-2.3 ref. Bills are 6-7 keys. Buds are 2 bills (depending on paint I suppose). Unusuals go from 1.5 buds-10 buds-15 buds and beyond.
PC the unusual then do some math. lots of math
