Add Farming Trinkets to the game.

Trinkets that increase the amount of Heat, Crowns, and Materials you find within the clockworks. Not all on a single trinket, but Heat trinkets, Crown trinkets, and Material trinkets separately, and all in varying qualities (for example, a 2* Crown trinket might increase crowns earned by 10%, while the 4* version might increase it 20%).

Money-making trinkets, in other words.

Thoughts?

In terms of a heat trinket... well, we do already have a heat booster. It's just hilariously overpriced so nobody in their right mind bothers with it. I think a more reasonably priced means of grabbing more heat in any given stage would be nice for those that craft a lot.

Crowns? Only if you want to wreck the ingame economy. We should be looking for ways to remove crowns from circulation, not finding more ways to add them in.

Material trinket probably wouldn't work. Unlike heat and crowns, materials aren't shared but rather randomly distributed. So you could end up boosting the amount of mats other people get. D:

There's plenty of ways Crowns could be used that would help the economy. Allow them to be spent on UV tickets and unbind fees instead of energy, for example. Perhaps even allow a player to purchase Mist Tanks with them.

Just a reminder, UV tickets already take only crowns, not energy. Unbinding takes energy.

Increasing the amount of crowns in the game won't fix anything but have the opposite effect. Since there will be more money around, market prices will go up.
Rich players will get richer and new ones would be left out.

Farming trinkets are a terrible idea. Everyone in the game farms virtually all the time, so they would practically be mandatory even if they only gave tiny bonuses. That means less diversity in the trinkets that actually get used, more fixed costs for all players (farming trinkets + slots) in order to be effective, and greater wealth disparity. This happens in...pretty much every game ever that offers any kind of "faster grinding" item or ability.

What possible upside could there be? If farming is too slow, it should just be made faster for everyone, without taking away our other trinkets. If there aren't enough kinds of trinkets in the game, there are plenty of possibilities for new ones that would make the game better, rather than worse.
