1.) lets face it. our people are dying down there man.. so there should be arcane forces reanimating our rotting corpses and using them against us in graveyards or other missions with undead themes. i don't believe the current zombie classes are meant to be us, so I would like to see one or both of these:

- ghosts of spiral knights (transparent, maybe glowing)
- zombies of spiral knights (decayed looking, sluggish)

either could come in a few flavors.. different armor sets, one for each weapon class (bomber, sword, handgun). something would have to be different in their behavior to make them less like gremlins with those types of weapons.. you can figure that part out.

the phantom enemy we already know might be intended to be a ghost of a spiral knight, of that I'm not sure. but this would be something we'd actually be able to permanently defeat.

and if the developers were to add either of these types, it would be nice if they were rare, or had a rare drop.. for some sort of decayed/zombie armor set that could only be obtained through drops. could be 3-5 star equipment, but would more or less be a trophy for encountering/hunting them down.

in general, more unique armors like that would be nice for costume purposes, if not useful in their own right.

and these enemies might even merit their own special level.. "those who came before us" or something.

2.) necromancers. I know there is essentially a totem that acts as a necromancer, so it would be nice to have an enemy capable of doing the same. whether they re-animate zombies or just spawn their own type of undead minion, whatever you think is best. im not sure how current undead respawns work, but this would have to not be something players could exploit for extra crowns/mats. maybe they drop rewards initially, but dont when reanimated. i just like the idea of an enemy that spawns off others like a factory, and we already have some things that act like this (jelly king right?) but this would be a more common one, or at least a trojan knight / tortodrone style enemy.

eh? eh?

Phantoms and

Phantoms and Robo-Knights/Zombie-Knights already exist. They attack and function just like regular Knights, capable of using charge attacks that real weapons have, combo attacks that real weapons have, and blocking. (Actually, I'm not sure if Phantoms can block, but I know Robo-Knights do).

Necromancers would just be really wonky, but could be a nice challenge in graveyard stages(beyond T2, to prevent difficulty barricades).

you kinda missed my point

you kinda missed my point though. this is more about representing the fact that hey, there are dead bodies of spiral knights down there.

i noted that yes, the phantom may be pretty close to this concept, but I have no proof that it is actually supposed to be the spirit of a spiral knight. if they want to add some lore that indicates that instead, that would be nice.

this is more about adding to the atmosphere of the game (and adding a new special drop), rather than diversifying the enemy types (with the exception of the necromancer part).

however, robot-knights are constructs (i assume you mean the Mecha Knights?), and I'm not sure which enemy you're referring to for the zombie-knights (Mecha Knights that deal curse/posion damage?). these are all suggestions for the undead class only. and all the examples you mention are enemies equipped with swords (although some have ranged attacks as well), but i mean to add some that also include bombers and gunners. again, i mentioned that this might be too similar to the gremlin class, but I dont think it would be too hard to add some behavior that makes them more distinct from existing ones.

hell, dont even give them weapons. have them pick up environmental objects and throw them at you. maybe them possess other creatures to give them a stat bonus until they're killed, and then theyre just a ghost that flees you until you take them down. i dont really care. i just want dead spiral knights down there to make things a bit more dark/morbid.
