Is it worth crafting my jelly gear into Ice Queen set? Or would It be just as good to craft it into Royal Jelly. I will probably get both at some point, but which should I try to get at the moment. Additional info: I already 5* weapons and the 5* Chaos Set and a 5* shield. So should I even try to get Ice Queen Stuff

You can always just wear it as a costume, so go with the one that you like the look of more.

There are Edit buttons on each of your posts. It's not that complicated.
Neither of then is really that good to get.
In terms of defense, royal jelly has an -as of now- useless sleep resist while ice queen protects form freeze, being harder to obtain.
It does seem to be better in terms of pierce defense than a skolver for example (not really sure since bars lie), so I'd say get it if you're not a swordsman and hate slimes/wolvers but still....
I only use mine when someone spams haze bombs on Lockdown
