Ever made a mistake in Clockworks which ends up costing you your life?

I know we've all made such a mistake at one time or another.
My incident was in a shock-themed danger room (the one with the 8 loop, spikes, and blast cube lines blocking two paths.)
I opened up a blast cube line only to have a Trojan fly through the opening and trample me to two pips health and my teammate to death.
I run away and then a teamie's charlibur attack sends a Zombie flying in my general direction and I get a nice faceful of zombie fistpunch. I die, then I see the same Trojan that killed my teammate squash Mr. Charlie like a bug.
So what's yours?

That lil vial glitch to enter other tiers without having clearance?
Me, with pink jelly set: Oh look a lil gun puppy! -receives barrage of 5 bullets- S%&T!!

Heh, way too many to count. I'd say half my death are unfortunate accidents (off screen Trojan knock another Trojan/zombie onto me, lag, spawning fire tiles, etc.) and the other half are due to my own stupidity. Yesterday I died in the last room in D27 by Trojan smash --> broken shield --> Trojan fart --> trapped by both Trojans and a hoard of zombies. I took down one of the Trojans before I went, but it was a pretty stupid death anyways. xD
Also, any death in Vana's room = stupid. I can never steer clear of Slag Guards properly, urgh.

1) Explosive Boxes! Attaaaaaack!!! *boom* *boom* *boom*
2) Don't worry, I can make it across this last set of spikes. *sching!* *pwuush*
3) Firestorm Citadel: Pair of players in Rocket Puppy room need a rescue. I have a Polaris, I can do it! *walks straight into Shadow Fire*
4) Typing in the middle of an Arena. Don't worry guys, I type fas

my biggest mistake is usually just fear of wasting pills, or underestimating range and cooldown time.
Also stop typing and get a mic. They're cheap.

I bet that zombie was thinking: FALCON PUNCH!!!!!!!!!
My biggest mistake: 1st time on Snarbolax, and I had to revive like 6 times. Epic fail.

@Batabii
Know how to get the mic on for SK? I can't find anything on the UI's.

The mic only works if you're on Steam.

very sadly, yes. I don't use Steam, so I don't get to talk to anyone while doing runs :(
Although, lately I've been getting into PUG runs with French and/or Spanish players, and my fluency in those languages is rather lacking, so perhaps that's a good thing.
Edit: biggest derp moment(to contribute to topic): anything involving alpha wolvers and polyps in 3rd room of shock arenas. I fail so hard at those if I mess up the wave timings :(

Ok, I'm going to shield bash my way though these enemies and -ow ow ow- You have been defeated
No way that attack will hit me here. You have been defeated
I'm on fire, but I need to save my health capsules. I'll be oh c- You have been defeated
Look, I can't revive you. Not enough health. Fine. *press enter* I can- You have been defeated
*Steps on random trap while kiting* You have been defeated

shock/slime themed danger room --> charge attack = shock, out of ALL the random statuses it COULD have been --> supercharging 3 quicksilvers at once --> epic death

Solution: use steam. It's free. I don't see any reason not to.

I have to say, although I DO recommend steam, it does have an issue: If steam's servers go down then the whole game does too. I don't think other platforms like Kongregate have the same issue...

- The "I think there is enough time for me to get past this spike trap" death
- The "Lumber's arm can't possibly reach this far" death
- The "If I move just a little closer I can get that heart sitting in the shadow fire" death
- The "I'm going to run past this zombie *SMACK*" death (darn their ability to turn while attacking)
- The "My shield can withstand that hit! (not)" death

My favourite sources of death are shield bumping fire breathing zombies. Suddenly! Everyone's on fire!
I had to go get the door while Vanaduke was in his 2nd mask phase.
Yeah.
