I'm only Tier 2 right now with 2* items. My items are: Wolver Coat, Wolver Cap, Spur, Flourish, and Owlite Shield. Would these be good items for me right now or should i get some different items besides the other wolver sets like dusker skolver and you know the rest. Any suggestions? Please help me :)

You're doing well. My recommendations:
Forget Spur. Get a shadow sword (Acheron or Gran Faust) or an elemental sword (Combuster, Glacius, Voltedge, Divine Avenger, or Fang of Vog). In fact, get both, so that you have a piercing sword, an elemental sword, and a shadow sword; that's what you need, to be a swordsman/blade-lady.
Upgrade your armor to Ash Tail Coat/Cap and 4* Owlite. Then upgrade one piece of Ash Tail to Vog Cub, so that you get some elemental protection. Then upgrade the other piece of Ash Tail to Skolver, and the Owlite to 5*.
If you plan to wield swords extensively: yes. Your Wolver equipment is capable of upgrading to the Dusker if you can obtain the Recipes. You should also try to upgrade the rest of your gear if you are somewhat content and capable with them. If so, look out for the Horned Owlite Shield Recipe, the Arc Razor Recipe, and a Swift Flourish/Rigadoon/Flamberge Recipe. Keep in mind that the Spur line stops at 4-Stars and the Rigadoon and Flamberge branches are generally underpowered so they are actually not recommended unless you happen to really, Really prefer them for some reason.
