I have a Divine Avenger that I leveled up to 10 weeks and weeks ago, and when I logged in recently I found that it had lost all its heat and I have no idea why.
Have you ever had a weapon lose all its heat for no apparent reason?
Inexplicably lost 900 CE overnight right before the holiday. Wrote to OOO's but as of yet, no response. Maybe the game was bugged last week.
I actually lost on avenger as well, i was heating it up and the next time i was online, it wasn't there. No I didnt unbind it and no one else did, i checked my ce records, nothing. Sent a bug report but eh, no big loss, least it wasn't one of my brandishes
Same to my sealed sword, I heat it up to level 5 this morning. However, after re-equip my load outs next depth, the sealed sword is at level one heat....
I lost (suddenly dissapear) some dropped pills/vials :/ I was playin solo and really need that pil.. as if an invicible guy came and took it
Refer to this page: https://billing.spiralknights.com/billing/coin_history.wm
That will let you track where your energy has gone.
It says i have 0 CE, which is incorrect...doesn't seem to be linked to my steam account properly. I suppose they haven't updated it yet. But thanks for trying to help :)
While i'm still waiting for OOO's to respond, i have my own suspicions as to what happened to my CE.
Hopefully they'll contact me soon. It's a shame that after i make my first Spiral Knights purchase (Elevator Pass), i mysteriously lose 900 CE. It's like i paid the money and got nothing in return :(
I can verify 100% that it does work with Steam accounts, converted Steam accounts, web accounts, and even Facebook accounts. There must be something wrong with your account specifically.
Hey Poetry,
You can check your CE history on your account page. I'm seeing a 900 CE trade to another account on Nov. 22. If that's not something you did, it's password changing time!
I never made a trade. What i suspected was that the Steam Trading system hiccuped while i was sleeping, and gave back 900 CE that i traded for a week earlier. I was able to check my CE history today and it looks like that's just what happened. My CE went back to the person that originally traded it to me but not through my own volition.
I changed my password right after the Steam hacking, so i don't believe it was an outside party that traded it back.
Is there a way to verify at what time that reverse trade occurred? And whether i was logged in at the time or not? Because the trade seems to have occurred after i went to bed and shut down my computer. So it seems to be a system error.
I've written to OOO's support twice now, most recently today, but no response.
Should i contact Steam Support instead?
I might consider the possibility your Steam trading partner disputed the trade with Steam and Steam reversed the transaction. It seems as if that were the case you would have gotten back your end of the trade. Unless the trade was one-sided in that you traded nothing and received 900 CE at which point I might say the person had reason to dispute the trade.
It was 2 refined for 900 CE, trade occurred around November 16th according to my steam profile history. That's the last steam trade i made. A week later, the CE was gone.
Gack. Poetry, we don't seem to have gotten your email--if we had, it would have been answered by now. The only reason I can think of for this would be if you are writing from a yahoo.com email address. There is a glitch that happens on occasion where yahoo.com email doesn't reach us (and it's not caught in our spam filter, either--totally frustrating). If happen to be using yahoo.com mail, can you write us from another address?
Eep! scary... someone got robbed!
on a slightly different note, I once logged on and discovered i have negative 18765 cr XD
Ye olde negative crowns bug. That one was a pip.
Eurydice, i used this support link twice:
https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail
I did include a Yahoo email in the form. Do i need to make a Gmail account or something?
Also, should i include my steam username?
I also lost a high curse wolver coat. :| It was just chilling in my inventory then poof.
How get back.
Poetry: yes, please do try with another email address. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Since the subject here seems to be support contact. I had a question for you Eurydice. When I need GM assistance, I don't know why, I can't reach the support mail page. Screen just gets blank, doesn't matter from which browser I try to send a support request. Also take in note it may not be problems with my ISP, since I tried from other places than my house.
As such, is there another way to request support in game? A specific e-mail address I could write directly?
[Edit: correcting grammar]
Ilovehedgehogs: support@spiralknights.com is the email address you can write. If you go that route, please sure to specify your Knight name in your email!
@ Ilovehedgehogs If you need immediate assistance in game, such as being stuck in the clockworks, you will need to use the support request (? button). The support page requires that JavaScript be enabled, otherwise it will be blank. Make sure it is enabled in your browser (toggle off/on if already enabled) and make sure there are no script blocking plug-ins or security suites running.
When I press that "?" and choose the support tab, there are the wiki, forums, and support request buttons. That last one is the one you refer to right? When I press it though, my Steam interface sometimes blinks on and off and I can't see what happens or what is going on. What is this?
You didn't happen to try to unbind something recently, did you?
Also, this would probably go in Bug Reports. Please don't leave a shadow copy.
