Is it against the rules to sell one-time accessories to other people via attaching it to armor and selling it? I think I'd get a fair price for pumpkin bomb bandolier and others in the future :)

Greetings, Yes, it's perfectly acceptable to sell the items once bound to another equipment item. It's the selling of the actual code that's prohibited.

what about non-accessory items?
Got it, trading unbound items with accessories is kosher... what about trading codes for non accessory items for CE or coins is against ToS? Like, for example the prime bombhead.
(I read through it yesterday and didn't see anything specific about that. I understand scamming to be in violation of the ToS, but if I am not scamming someone is that in violation?)

Trading codes, because
Trading codes, because they're not an item which can be put into the trade box, is not permitted, regardless of how honest you are (something we see fairly often in chatlogs of scams is "I won't scam you, honest!"*). Stick to trading items.
*I'm not saying you're not honest; just that scammers scam, which is why we can't have nice things. :(

I'll keep that in mind, someone in the haven yesterday wanted to sell his codes.
I'm not a GM, but I can't see any reason why you couldn't sell armor with any sort of accessories that you want to add. I think it would be a lot more objectionable to have a piece of equipment made untradeable because of an accessory, even if that accessory was initially untradeable.
GMs don't read every thread, you should petition an GM to get a real answer.
