I am currently in tier 2 with the current loadout : Blizzbreaker helm, Dusker coat, Scarlet shield, Kamarin, Graviton charge. Are there any better alternatives?

I replace the Helm and Shield
I replace the Helm and Shield with something else. These items stop at 3* and you want something that you can upgrade all the way to 5*(In my opinion.).
Owlite series and Bristling Buckler series are nice options for shields. Owlite series still has that elmental protect, and has some resistances against burn and shock.(Not much of a difference, but the fact that it can go to 5* is what makes it better than Scarlet.) Bristling is a piercing shield, and gives a boost to your swords too.
As for helms, you could try...:
Magic Hood series - Elemental protection as well as having some great resistances(Burn and shock.). It has two great end paths too: Gray Feather Cowl and Divine Veil. Veil has shadow protection but no normal defense, while the Cowl retains it's normal defense and it's weakness to Stun based tactics.
Wolver Cap series - Just going for the extra boost in sword strength, while giving you more piercing protection.
Spiral Demo Helm - Elemental protection and gives a charge time reduction for your bombs. (I'm only suggesting this, cause it seems you might have an interest for bombs.)
I wish I can give a less vague advice, but I feel I need to know more. Like:
What kind of weapons do you like using mostly? Swords? bombs? A somewhat even combination?
Do you like using heavier swords?
So maybe try telling us more about your situation?

I would add just a little. When I started to make the transition from T1 to T2 I found myself getting mercilessly owned by deviltes (solo). This prompted me to invest in the Skelly Shield line, which helped greatly in my case. With your slow sword and shadow bomb you may run into a similar difficulty. ASI (attack speed increase) will really help out that slow sword. The wolver armor line will give ASI if you take it Vog split at 5*. Another way to get ASI that is pretty easy is to get an Elite Quick Strike Weapon Module. The Swiftstrike Buckler is another option which would give you ASI High for both swords and guns, but this is more of an offensive shield with little defensive protection and is another 3* deadend. Of course there is also always weapon UV, but that takes luck, patience, or a ton of crowns.
Also, it is worth mentioning that you may want each of the upgradable shields mentioned to cover all the damage types (Owlite: Elemental/Normal/Fire/Shock, Bristling: Piercing/Normal/Sword DMG+, Skelly Shadow/Normal/Poison/Freeze).
Is your current loadout all you have (outside of proto-gear)? or is it just what you happen to like the best?
Do you run in parties or solo? I'm assuming parties, because that loadout is not really ideal for dealing with turrets.
What enemies give you the most trouble?
