I just saw an ad for Spiral Knights on a Canadian newspaper's website. Yay! It's really nice to see advertising for our great little game.
I went ahead and clicked on it to see where it directs me, and I see it goes to Account Page.
While I understand the logic here (ie. set up quickly and start playing). As a consumer, I think I would prefer to be directed to the Media or Homepage, to get a look at the stunning graphics...just to see what I'm setting myself up to play.
Just my two cents.

If I clicked on a game advertisement, I would be much less likely to play the game if I was brought straight to a sign up sheet. Even if I might've been interested before, that could easily turn me off and I might just be too damn lazy to go look for screens myself.
The media page would be much more likely to draw me in.
I'd think this should go in suggestions, though.
