Anybody else unable to dl & install the new patch?

I can't download and install the new patch on either my steam account or this regular account. I keep getting this error message:

"We were unable to download the necessary files after five attempts. You can try running the application again, but if it fails you may need to uninstall and reinstall. 0% complete"

Even after uninstalling and reinstalling the game.

Anybody else run into this problem?..

I already put in a support ticket.

Did you restart after uninstalling, then again after reinstalling the game?

Yeah, that made no difference.

In a support email, Coriolis instructed me to try deleting the /rsrc/ directory manually after uninstalling SK. I ended up manually deleting everything in the /spiral/ directory along with an uninstall/reinstall, which worked for me.

The Spiral Knights folder can be found in the following locations:

Windows Vista/7 Web Client - C:\Users\\AppData\LocalLow\spiral
Windows XP/2000 Web Client - C:\Documents and Settings\\Application
Data\LocalLow\spiral
Windows Steam Client - C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\spiral knights
Windows 64-bit Steam Client - C:\Program Files
(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\spiral knights
Linux - /home//spiral/
Linux Game Prefs - /home/user/.java/.userPrefs/projectx/prefs.xml
Mac Web Client - ~/Library/Application Support/spiral/
Mac Steam Client - ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/spiral
