After the patch, I seem to have lost all my lock boxes. I had about 5 left.
May it be because of the whole ... reduced rarity update?
I mean, maybe each box contains a spesific item, and it's not really based on random luck, but the box itself? I mean, why would they delete my boxes if that's not the case?

you think they deleted your lockboxes becouse they were empty or had very common items and since they want to decrase rarity or rare items they are deleting from system lockboxes that contain unrare items to decrase rare:nonrare ratio?
The content of a lockbox is determined upon opening. That is, the contents are not pre-determined upon acquisition of the lockbox.
The unopened lockbox is just a chance that is rolled with the silver key.
Ow, guyyys, idk why I lost MY lockboxes, buuut my freinds still have their boxes XDDD so eh :P
