I made an account and was able to login last night to the website. It only let me login to the game once. I tried again this morning 5 times and still cannot login to the game. I am logged in to the website just fine. The error in the game client I am getting is "A server error caused authentication to fail"

I have tried both the "web" client as well as the "installable" client.

I tried to send an email to customer support through the support link. It gave me "An Internal Error has occured"

Buggy buggy buggy, hope the game is better than this, to bad right now I am unable to play.

The first thing I would try

The first thing I would try is to do a clean reinstallation of the game. Go in your control panel and uninstall SK, and then go into your Appdata folder and manually remove all the files left behind. Restart your computer. Start the web client and let it install. See if that works.

Tried

Uninstalled and rebooted. Clicked Play and still no go. I turned off the firewall and checked for the right java. Still refusing to let me login.

Same Thing

I also tried reinstalling the whole game, deleted the appdata and everything. No luck with the login process, it always says "Either there is a temporary network outage or the server is not full operational. Please wait a moment before reconnecting."
Really hope there's a solution to this.

Server problems

I believe this is a server error! There was an update the moment you played! I was there and they rebooted the server and had some down time... I'm sure it's nothing technical. If you need anymore help be sure to ask! I'll update my post.
