@ Attack and Shield Keys
Left Click = Attack
Right Click = Shield
WSAD = Move around.
It made my life easier and I'm pretty sure it did the same for alot of other knights.
If you press Esc in game you should bring up a settings menu. Click on the controls tab and change whatever you want.
