Hi i'm new and i have 2 questions. Is the spur sword recommend? And how can i get 1,000-8,000 crowns?
CROWNS
for every 10 tokens (3-4 per defeat of snarbolax) you can get an item to sell back to a vendor for 750 crows plus you get any mats and crowns from the runs. Also I find crafting on mist can be really profitable if you do it right.
Get a calibur make it into tempered calibur make that into ascended calibur and make that into a leviathan blade
and when u hav atleast 17000crowns buy a sealed make it into an avenger and then divine avenger
and when u hav atleast 17000crowns buy a sealed make it into a faust and then gran faust
and to start with he is right go to gloaming wildwoods
and by the way i can give anyone who wants about 3000crowns
im awesome
Sealed swords are traded for jelly tokens or purchased from other players. It is very unlikely to find someone to sell you one for 17,000 crowns since they have to be unbound to sell.
I hope you realize there isn't anyone that would sell a sealed sword for 17k, considering the unbind for it is around 42k
It would be in your best interest to collect the jelly tokens for them instead.
Also, finding a good guild and friends can significantly improve the time it takes to get good equips, and it makes the game more fun.
Good luck, and have fun with the game : )
can i have the 3k cr?
(disguised free bump, so do not troll me plz)
:P :) XD
I am kinda dissappointed with the responses. Snarbo is a great way to make money sure and the thorn blade is pretty awesome. However, if you can get a two star recipe that's kinda rare (like brandish or flourish) you can make lots of money off them. I have over 20k from just selling magic cloaks
I would auction items at the Auction House. I would get all those newb 150 crowns items at the bazaar. Then I would auction them and do the Bid Price:100 Crowns, and the Buy Now Price:400 Crowns. New Knights/players GO CRAZY on these items! And here's the thing, they don't like losing. So they will bid bid bid bid bid until they win that Vitasuit, Fencing Jacket, Cyclops Cap, Hatchet and other 150 crowns items at the bazaar. Or either, if they are too unpatient and greedy on items to be cooler and stronger, they will click the Buy Now button. This has gotten me 20k so far, i have done this for a week and a half. But sometimes, the items don't sell, it's because there are lots of people nowadays that give out items to new people. I do that too, a lot. But just be careful about that. And I would do Snarby runs too. I totally always recommend to fight snarby with other players. I'm not saying like if your Tier 3 and have like super strong items, you still can't beat Snarby, I am just saying that if you really want crowns faster, just fight snarby with other players. I would do arenas too, but i would rather not wait a long time for the elevator to change to an arena. And once you have about 3 star or 4 star items, go ahead and fight the Royal Jelly (Mostly referred to as "JK" which means Jelly King but it's real name is Royal Jelly, but everyone often calls it JK). I hope this helped! :D
Yay someone agrees with me. If you get a chance could you put some of your advice on the merchant guide on the wiki
:D!!! Well, I think I will probably do that Titanator! But sadly, I never heard of the merchant guide on the wiki. I will try to find it soon, and I also did make a new Topic on "The Bazaar" section. I am selling an item, that's going to be my new selling items topic. You can look at it if you want...but I am only selling 1 item right now :(...Well I need to do something for now, seeya!
you just have to bash up enemies & the spur is very recommended as it is a 2-star weapon
From my understanding, the Spur line is not often recommended, due to it stopping at 4* and only dealing normal damage. It's a cool sword, but I wouldn't recommend it as your first sword. Maybe you should try getting it, once you got your main stuff, if you really want it.(AKA, get after you become more familiar with the game and if you're in T3) If you want a sword, I would recommend either a Calibur or a Brandish. Calibur is a nice all around sword, that can be used to push back some hoards away from you with it's charge attack, while the brandish can be upgraded into a variety of different swords that can deal elemental damage, shadow damage, and status conditions too. Don't bother with the Cautery Sword upgrade, it's incredibly weak outside of jellies, but a Nightblade upgrade can take care of jellies and gremlins fairly easily too and can be upgraded all the way to 5*.

You can get a good amount of crowns earlier(Around 1-2k? I'm not sure, it's been a long time since I played that level.) on by doing some Snarbolax/Gloaming Wildwoods runs. It's a boss stratum, so it's going to be kinda trickier than normal, but it's still a fairly easy level. The tokens you get from killing Snarbolax can go into getting yourself some 2* gear, like the Bristling Buckler. This can help you move up to T2, which has even better levels for making more crowns, like Royal Jelly Palace. Arena levels are pretty great for crowns and heat too. Just check your gate map, to see if there's an arena on the next floor, and wait it out, until it switches in.

Also, a lot of players buy 2*-3* gear from the Auction House first, then upgraded them with recipes into higher star levels; rather than just crafting up a 2* with your mist.
