I want to fry some potatos but i like when they boil them in water first. So do i just boil some water and add potatos or what? Should i add salt or something and how much time should i boil them.
Please if you know something about this answer

I've never heard of boiling them. I was told that they should be fried in oil at
REALLY
HIGH
temperatures for a short time. That's if you want crispy-gasm fries. Otherwise, enjoy your soggy "shoestrings".
I hate the name "shoestrings", and if I ever meet the fgt that gave it that name, I'd like to shove a Winnebago up their ___.
