Gate rotations, joining/start costs- what happens when same gate reappears?

When a new gate is generated in the Arcade, it is randomly assigned a color and a symbol to give it a name. There currently are 182 (= 13 colors * 14 symbols) possible combinations. "
We all know that every new gate appears, its tier progress is reset so becouse of that we have to either pay 200cr or 500cr to do runs directly at 2 and 3 tier or to complete tier before tier we want to have direct access.
BUT What happens when a gate, we have fully unlocked, reappears after several weeks?
Example.
Golden king gate. It appeared once, you have completed all runs from 0 to the core and thanks to that you dont have to pay any cr to join at whatever tier you want.
After 8 days the gate dissapears. After several weeks,gate resets and combinations (what wiki says there are 182 combination) a gate with SAME NAME appears again.
Question: Will you have full acces from the start since you have already competed that gate? (same name, same gate, its enough i think)

The gates don't reappear, they are all different, just reused names.

While I know the OP's answer
While I know the OP's answer is no, I'm wondering if the gates have a predisposition for certain levels based on their names. Like with the Golden King gate: if there was an Aurora Isles level set in S5, would it be more inclined to have that same set of levels in the same stratum the next time it comes up?
I would believe either way, but I don't think I've ever seen something on it and there really hasn't been enough time to know for sure.
