You dont get any roarmulus twins tokens when someone leaves party just before boss lvl.

It happened twice to me. And its certainly bug. System must somehow dont recognise if its you going solo or the other person.

It happened to me twice when there was only me and other person in party. We made whole run but just before boss lvl the other person left. When it happens, no matter that i did all lvls, i didnt get any of Bark Module Token.

I feel ripped off by game, i worked so hard to get those tokens and becouse of bug i didnt get any. I fell cheated and i want a refund of those 3 or 4 Bark Modules.

I did that run two days ago, i sent F2 bug report but still no response.

So, 3 days have passed and still i dont have ANY answer from support. And of course my tokens werent refunded.

This is how you care for your customers? Offering them completly no support?? I was striked by a bug, becouse of that i wasted whole run for nothing, becouse of bug i didnt get 3 or 4 Bark Modules as i should.

I have sent bug report F2 just when it happened, day after and i made this topic, and yet no answer.

Oh, and addition to that, NO SUPPORT LINK (either in-game or at wiki support page) IS NOT WORKING FOR ME. Im logged on eveywhere, yet every support link i open is just a blank white page.

Thats the worst customer support i have ever had.

All plugins operational.

All plugins operational. Flash and Java updated. Browser is newest firefox.

No ad blocking plugins (all disabled) and disabled also antivirus for testing purposes.

Tell your script blocker to

Tell your script blocker to make an exception for spiralknights.com and threerings.net

And before you say "I don't have one of those", you in fact DO, otherwise the support page would work. Script blocking is usually handled separately from virus scanning, so you have to dig into most AV programs to allow it.

I dont have any of those. I control my software, i know what i have. unlike most of ppl i know what im using and installing on my PC

Im using antyvirus that was completly disabled for testing and im using AdBlock+ that was also disabled for testing.

Also i have tested it on completly blank and unused (just with Flash and Java) Internet Explorer. Results same.

I suspect you have installed

I suspect you have installed NoScript Firefox addon or something similar. A blank support page means JavaScript is getting blocked.

Try this:
1. Close all your Firefox windows.
2. Press and hold Left Shift.
3. Click on Firefox shortcut to start it.
Holding shift enables Safe Mode in Firefox, which disables addons.

Also, going solo or getting kicked has no effect on the no. of tokens you get. The only factor is how many levels you've completed before the final level. That you don't get any token is due to other reasons.

Well i know that, and since i have completed all lvls before Roarmulus Twins im reporting this as a bug.

Ill check this safe mode later, since i have finally found and support e-mail adress, but as i stated before, im stating again: I dont have any script blockers, ad blockers nor my antivir is not interfering with web browsing while i tested support pages since they were all completly disabled.

I also used multiple online java diagnostic tools that told me that i have newest java plugin, its fully operational and it supports java scripts.

This statement revealed there's a chance that you don't know what you're talking about. Java and JavaScript are two completely different things. Apples and oranges.

Please do try Safe Mode in Firefox.

So checked BOTH JavaScript and Java. Everything reports that im fully able to use Java AND JavaScript.

As for safe mode, it failed. I turned it on (ff icon + shift) it told me that its safe/emergency mode. Browser looked like it was just after installation. Cleared cache, cookies. Opened forum, logged in, switched to support page - was still logged in. Clicked any link leading to support contact - all blank and white (but surprisingly, my Energy History is working, and im sure its using javascript too - only thing is not working are links leading to support contact: https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail

We did the depth 6 level, and of this level i went to solo, after it i killed the Snarbolax boss,
and i did not get ANY of tokens. I did not try it after it again, but it happened one to me, too.

That's weird.

When I use the https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#requests_new link, I will be prompted to login and then shown this page:

Are you using a proxy server? Perhaps your proxy server blocked/filtered the page?

Have you tried using the support page from another location (e.g. computer of a friend, in school or work)?

Oh btw Java 1.7 has been released for a while now. It contains security fixes as well as performance enhancements, so you should upgrade it too.
