I can not get on the test server

So, i have bought 7500 energy for 19.95 on November 26, 2011 and I trying to get on the test server.

And when I use the link and try to start it up, and it always says: "The game is currently not open to the public"

But its always the right time!

I dont know what im doing wrong, can someone help me?
