I looked at my Tooltip for Skolver Coat and it says its was designed to give my attacks more speed. Then why does it have a Damage Bonus???!?!?1

I think the pattern is really that a recipe of a given star level only uses one material of that star level. In this case that material is Warp Dust rather than Blaze Pepper. It would probably make more sense the other way around, though.
