Was there ever a time in Spiral Knights, where accounts could have up to 60 characters in their passwords?

I know, it's a ridiculous question, but still, I'm just making sure... O.o;

How?

Other than trying to figure out your password (why people do this is questionable) stealing private information is against the Terms of Service. You could just report violators can't you?
