After some tests, this only happens with low graph settings.
Now I wonder what other things crap computer users are missing.

On some cards, the Snipes on Boost (and some other Strangers) flicker when you're behind him. They can also be viewed flickering when you open his shop interface from the position.

Oh... I get that sometimes. Sometimes when I'm standing at a certain angle from them the Snipes disappear. Moving from that angle makes them reappear. It's like some sort of holographic blind spot.
You thought about repairing it. It IS repaired.
