Water vials can put out fire and wash away oil and can put rover gunner thing to uselessness as they won't be able to use fire

ill say that there isnt a light vial. this could be something that would flash an enmie weakening everything about him, but doing no damage. on a knight it could blind the screen so you cant see where your going.

another downside
Oil is in the ground, vials pass over it so.....
Ice puts out fire and oil fades away after a while.
