So...

100 might have been fine when the game started. But we have a lot of "sleepers" now - and we had to kick many of them due to some months of inactivity. And we expect many of them back. When - if ever - there is "real" new T3 content... like a new T3 Boss or something... with new tokens... to do runs on a regular basis... there's gonna be a lot of them guild zombies running around in Haven moaning: "OMG where's my guild!?" while we're all hiding in the guild hall muttering things like: "We're so sorry!" and "But we were full and you were dead!" or "There can only be 100!" to ourselves until they bash in the doors and eat our brains or something (not sure about that last part, but something awful is bound to happen ^^).

And that's why. You should increase guild size. They're gonna want to purchase ce when they come back from the dead and see they've been "outrun" by the novices they "trained" + used to carry trough JK or fsc, too. Doesn't that sound nice? Players coming back & buying ce? Make it easier for them, pls! ;)

Nice suggestion, bad excuse.
If they are inactive, I'd still kick them even if the guild has room left

Well, let's be fair and say:

Well, let's be fair and say: "sort of bad excuse but not entirely"! xD

:D

Seriously - the average away time of endgame players "taking a break" is getting bigger... the amount of endgame players that get bored is bigger... and at the same time, the minimum Inactivity time before we need to kick someone because we're full is getting smaller and smaller. We had only one "kicked zombie" return when shadow lairs opened and a hand full of still-in-the-guild zombies. But I actually really do expect it to be worse next time.
