Greetings everyone!

I am listing a few doubts I encountered during gameplay. Feel free to share your experience and knowledge about it or to reinforce whats to be soon answered (hopefully).

Doubts:

01 ► When you are in a guild, you may chat with everyone by using the /guild (/g) command. What if you were to send a mail to all recruits, members, veterans, officers and guild masters alike? Is that possible? Chatting with everyone in the guild is possible. What about mailing?

02 ► When you buy a shadow key and access Shadow Lair you may have connection problems while adventuring. Is it possible to return to where you were in case you got permanently disconected for considerably long so you may not even rejoin when logging back in (consider going solo and no party)? Or will I lose the key if I lose connection?

Daydreaming: Refundable possibilities?

03 ► When you equip fire resistance gear (such as Vog Cubs, Armor of the Fallen, Crown of the Fallen, Crest of Almire, Ironmight Plate Shield and others) you grow stronger against fire effects. My doubt is about either burning duration and damage caused. What will affect which? I had thought that the fire resistance displayed on armors and helmets would affect the fire duration and that elemental defense in armors amd helmets (such as Divine Mantle or Divine Veil) would affect the damage taken by its bearer. Anyway, what is the correct understanding?
