How would a weapon give a defense bonus? Wut? If it were half shield and half weapon, then I can understand, but a cleaver...

Just cause you made an item, doesn't make it easier on Three Rings. Someone still has to model it, texture it and program it.

What defines those limits? You need to provide a base.
Saying speed 5, what is it like? a brandish?

finally someone gets it

basically... im letting you make anythihng for spiral knights as long as it stays within the boundaries of the game

as for the speed and power thing... check the wiki and you see those bars for the stats? they have little rectangles in them
10 rectangles fit in a bar.. so im just simplifying that to an /10 rating

i was trying to simplify this forum but if you do not understand it then thats YOUR problem not OOO or MINE

Yeah you acted a little immature up there. Defense bonus makes no sense at all. Thats not even a UV and it can never be a UV.

What Face meant was that all

What Face meant was that all items have the 1~10 block rating, but they're completely arbitrary. Two weapons with both maxed "normal" attack type (at full 10 blocks) can deal completely different damage in the exact same circumstances. The bonuses are to give a general comparison to other weapons, not a specific rating, they're mainly just there so you have something to compare stats on the same weapon with.

Although..defence bonus on a big fat knife?

Um...good work on the names there, but you might wanna work a little bit more on them: specify if they are guns, swords, bombs (guessing all sword so far?), add more on clip size/()-hit combos, etc. Until then, all I can say is, awesome names :|

Surley you should expand on all weapons in the alchemy path, not just the first one. Who says OOO isn't getting it right? There're doing a pretty awesome job.

Have to agree with Melisan; there's not a whole lot wrong with SK equipment, and they patch/bugfix pretty regularly. Considering your suggestion on "how OOO should do it" I'm kinda just thinkin' you have no idea, tbh..
