I love the freeze status effect its my favourite (even tho some people may not agree) I have all the freeze causing weapons and the thing that annoys me the most is that they all are either "elemental" or "normal" :/, I understand that statuses like fire, freeze and shock are elemental status's but this makes it annoying when i am interested in freezing gremlins or beast. It would be cool to have a larger variety of weapons to choose from to inflict status effects. Not sure about shadow with ice but piercing can definitely work and having 2 of the 3 special damages normally works fine for most things. I have a few examples i thought up below:
*Icicle shot <<< derived from needle shot dunno what the 5* should becalled blitz blizzard? blizz needle?
should have the same damage as a plague needle line I suppose.
I know large amount of bullets can shatter freeze but I would use it anyways :p <<<< but it would work better if there were less bullets and instead of the bullets being sprayed from right to left then back to right again, perhaps if it were a wider area and the spray only goes in one direction. (causing each unit to be hit about once or twice max)
* Icicle shower <<< freeze version of spike shower!!! XD no idea what the 5* component should be called either :/
simply less dmg and chance to freeze XD works really well since the spike shower line isnt meant to knock back anyways .
.... and any other ideas you guys can think of please post :p for any other status effects as well if u want
I personally would not mind if these are shadow lair varients with only 5* and would definitley do URJP until i collected all these freeze weapons XD, and i'm sure many people would be more willing to do shadow lair if there were cool weapons to get though they do have to be balanced with what we already have hehe XD.
also it would be really really cool to have armor and UVs that compliments the strength or chance of a status effect like freeze medium XD but that might be IMBA so ill leave that for another suggestion XD.
