Yeah so as the title says i think there should be a guild message board put in

On it should show who the GM's are, the rules and other guild related material.

By instating a guild message board will help manage a guild as it will clearly state guild rules and who their masters are by automatic pop up on entry so there is no excuse for " unintentional begging" etc..

Also it can keep the guild up to date on guild events such as planning shadow lair runs or fsc etc...

Yeah i think its really recommended to have a message board in a game where guilds are such a big part of the game.
