The likelihood of rare items (Wolver Tails, Scarves, etc.) appearing in a lockbox has increased thanks to a recent patch, and testimony from several players suggests that this is not a measly 0.1% increase, but actually pretty significant. A lot of players are probably going after those rare items with renewed fervor.
