Here's what I think:
Horned Owlite: 20k crowns
High UV: 65k crowns
UV popularity (shadow is popular): 10k crowns
Popular shield: 10k crowns
Total: 105k crowns, or 1.5k CE. Based off of AH prices. But since people are sometimes clueless as to hiw to price things on the AH, I would say you could get more CE off of this. If you are rich too, you could upgrade it to Grey Owlite and possibly make more CE. This is just my opinion though. Best to get other people's opinions before you make a decision.
EDIT: Price of 1.5k CE plus possible unbind (600 CE) = 2.1k CE minimum sell price. Hope this helped you. :)
