Vog cub coat uv low pierce,
Ash tail cap
Seraphic helm uv fire low
Scary Skelly coat uv fire med
I was thinking, If I get a skolver cap, I would have protection for most straums.
Is this correct?
Tell me what you think and any other things that may be of use ( for protection)...

Yes, it is very common to mix Vog Cub with Skolver, to get an outfit that protects against normal, piercing, elemental, fire, and freeze. The big protection that you're missing is shadow and shock.
Mixing Vog Cub with Valkyrie/Fallen isn't a bad idea. Then you have normal, elemental, and shadow, and maybe some status protections. In particular, Vog Cub with Fallen is pretty good for FSC, except for the fiend damage penalty.
