Any elemental gun should work. Polaris and Storm Driver are particularly nice in that they inflict shock.
The rest of your setup looks great, except perhaps that your armor is too piercing-focused. Consider getting one piece of Vog Cub and one piece of Skolver, instead of two pieces of Skolver, to have a more balanced setup. Then you can get further armor pieces, to build more specialized setups.
I would say Polaris. It's perfect for Swordsmen like you since it can just destroy turrets. It is effective against Gun Puppies and Howlitzers, while neutral to Polyps. The shock also helps, if outside Shock-themed levels.
