I wouldn't know how much this would go for (but definitely ask for more than 1800 CE), but general consensus is that unless you have a very good UV, 4* and 5* gears aren't really worth paying the unbind for. Someone might want this still, but it will probably be a while until someone buys it.

Assuming you don't want to the jelly line as costume, I'd aim to try and sell it for betwen 1kce and 2kce. Jelly is a relatively popular costume (Especially the Ice Queen set) so it's not entirely unvaluable, although it's more or less solely costume gear so don't expect too much.
