So i've been ragecrafting fiery vaporizers hoping to get a CTR
But instead I got a vs construct.
So should I keep it or sell it?

If you get any UV on a haze
If you get any UV on a haze bomb other than CTR, then sell it, since the bombs are meant for status, not damage.
Keep looking for CTR, it is worthwhile. If your planned trinket/armor bonuses will let you reach CTR Max though you might not even need a UV.
