I love the Santa hats, but I think it would be a funny addition if there were an anti Santa hat called the Bah Humbug. It could just be the same thing in black.
Maybe they would magically turn into Santa hats on 12/25 to keep with the Christmas spirit.

Well some guy got 2 humbug hats and sold one of them. I did a t3 winterfest run AND THAT CHUMP JUST SAID MINE! WHEN HE SAW A HUMBUG HAT LIEING AROUND AND HE DIDNT KILLL THE DARN ASSASSIN! I THOUGHT IT RANDOMLY SELECTS PEOPLE, NOT CHOOSES WHOEVER PICKS IT UP, I FOUND A GUN WHEN I WAS ON AN ARCADE RUN I PICKED IT UP AND MY PARTNER ENDED UP GETTING IT!. This gets me mad

They drop from WF Gremlins in T3.

I found one on my second Stalker kill.
Passed it to a guildie arranging a little Christmas-spirit-ing.
Apparently it shouldn't be that rare, at least for everyone else. My guild master got one on his first kill :\ Talk about luck
For me? 20 kills and not a single one yet... Karma hates me D:
It took my good friend Ycapt 78 kills before one dropped. It's percentage based, might get one instantly, might take forever.

I've been keeping stats, and I would guess that the humbug hat has ~1% chance of dropping.
This means you could kill hundreds without getting anything.
Put up trees around Haven, and have them ignite on the 25th December to "re-ignite" the sun. You know, one of the original "Christmas" traditions before the Christians stole it.
