I need some explanation about how ctr/damage/defense rate work.
So i'm a mad bomber full equip set the for my ctr with bombs i have medium+medium=very high. Same thing for damages.
Now all of my bombs have ctr medium uv's so with equip bonus i'll get ctr maximum, right?
If I equip a focus bomb module (that gives ctr medium) do i get some more bonus or not?
For damages: i have a trinket for damages medium + equip and so it's maximum.
Does uv vs specific races incresead damage or not?

There are 6 levels of bonuses

There are 6 levels of bonuses for CTR and damage. Each stacks up to Maximum! but any additional bonus will be wasted.

So you have Maximum! CTR already, and there's no point having a Bomb Focus Module.

If you have an Elite Boom Module with full Mad Bomber gear, you also have Maximum! damage bonus. Damage bonuses vs. specific monsters won't raise this any higher.

Weapon Bonuses and You

Do you have CTR on your bombs from UV or heat? Any bomb will have CTR Med once fully heated. This is not a UV. If you had a bomb with UV CTR Med then once fully heated it would be CTR Very High (all by itself without any other gear).

If you are running a Mad Bomber set, then any bomb you have will be CTR Maximum after you heat it to level 10.

Bonus for weapons are:

Low = 1
Med = 2
High = 3
Very High = 4
Ultra = 5
Maximum = 6

Weapons are hard capped at 6. Any bonus past this is wasted (accept for certain loadout/class combos in Lockdown). So if you already have Bomb DMG Maximum, then UV Increased DMG vs XXX will not increase your damage any.

Also note that if you have a bomb with say UV Increased DMG vs Construct: Medium and you combine that with your Mad Bomber set (Bomb DMG Very High) you will have Increased DMG vs Construct Maximum and DMG Very High vs everything else with that bomb.
