as the title says, one hit and the shield is gone, weather its a pulsar or a flourish swing, this was in tier 3.

Same thing happening to me. Shield will be completely gone from any source of damage, even something as low as a shock tick.
On the upside it makes it really easy to kill everyone with strike booster.
