Ah, you got me so curious that I logged on just to check what it was. I was expecting something really epic though, like doing 0-29 with no death and no pills or something. Still, very interesting! I haven't tried the event in question, so I'm wondering how hard it is to do this one.

Well, it dont works. I see friends getting that achievment but guildmates are reporting that even if they hit enemy with a snowball they dont get achievment, same as me.

This achievement doesnt work if you are on the EU server. Switch to the US server and it will work! [Press Esc and change the region to US]
